Happy Birthday to “The Best Partner” Cameron McBeth From all of us at Apricot Solar please join us in wishing Cameron McBeth a very Happy Birthday next Tuesday, August 8th. We would like to recognize everyone’s birthday each month. To do so we request you update your details in your back office. After logging in to your dashboard, click on Account in the menu, click the Personal Info tab and update your birthday and personal information. ApriQueens - We Want To Hear From You As you may or may not be aware of, ApriQueens have their own dedicated Telegram channel to share stories, sales and recruiting tips, and learn from one another. On behalf of Kendra Pack, Chasity Wells, and Esther Bengel we are pleased to inform you we will be expanding ApriQueens “Only” to the back office in the very near future. We understand and respect everyone’s privacy within the Telegram platform. As such we have created a private form for you to provide your ApriQueen details to Apricot Solar. ApriQueens please complete the form so once the back office “ApriQueens Only” area is ready you will have instant access. Asking Questions or Reporting Issues to Your ApriTech Team As Apricot Solar continues to grow it becomes increasingly difficult to respond to support emails sent directly to team members. As such we ask that you begin using the Knowledge Base / Ticket system rather than emailing team members directly. Apricot Solar has deployed a new Knowledge Base that will “learn”, using Artificial Intelligence, from the questions you ask, the tickets you submit, and the responses we provide. This will allow for faster response times in the future from the AI rather than waiting on team members to reply. To submit questions or tickets please click on the Resources / Knowledge menu in your back office or go directly to front desk. |
Lead File Electricity Bill Upload File Type
We determined +Lead Electricity Bills files uploaded by iPhones were using the iOS HEIC image format, which is not supported within our application. The following file formats are supported when uploading Electricity Bills in the Lead management system: .pdf, .jpg, .png, and .gif. There are tools available that will convert .HEIC to .jpg, however for a “quick” method click this link to learn how to make a quick change to get your iPhone to stop taking HEIC photos and take .jpg instead, even if only temporarily to take photos of Electricity bills. New option to “Decline” Leads in SMS Notifications As we continue to enhance and improve the +Lead management system, we recognize you may not always be able to accept a lead. And, we and you do not want potential solar customers waiting two more hours for the lead to roll up to the next qualified Trainer or higher. You will now see a “Decline” button in the SMS sent to your phone, when a lead is created, that when clicked will automatically roll the lead up to the next qualified Trainer or higher immediately instead of waiting two hours. Please click here to watch the short training video on the functionality of the “Decline” button in the SMS notification. Note, development is currently working on an enhanced leads system that will “check” for date and time availability when leads are created on your replicated site or added from the back office to avoid double booking. Re-Sending the Signup Link for Enrollees (formerly Recruits) We often receive tickets or emails that invited enrollees (recruits) did not receive their email or SMS message with the link to sign up. Please click here for a training video on how you can re-send the sign-up link or SMS to your enrollees, thus avoiding tickets and emails to the support / on-boarding team.
